What ingredient in your opinion you think are most underrated ?

Oatmeal; a healthy addition to cookies, meat loaf.....just use your imagination. :D

Yes! I love that one & you NEVER hear it mentioned!
I rarely use it because it's hard to find, and I've been considering growing it along with other plants.
Unfortunately, my last attempt was thwarted by insects, especially when it came to coriander, which they loved the most.
Perhaps I'll give it another shot soon:unsure:

Sometimes marketed here under 'Summer Savory'; I THINK it's the same thing. :)

Good luck growing some!
I'd probably have better luck trying to grow some inside; but lately I've really been lagging around with just keeping up with my cat grass. :D

Finding dried savory at the supermarket is challenge . Often, I end up using a bit of marjoram instead since it's closer in taste.
Starting my own herb garden sounds like a great idea in theory, but when it comes to actually taking action, I'm not entirely sure if I'll follow through :p
And yes, I'm aware it's called summer savory.
