What are some foods that warm you up when you're cold?



I'm having chicken noodle soup at the moment, usually does the trick. I also like stew whenever I'm cold.

I dont eat food to warm me up. I get next to a heat source.

ive been in situations where people have been hospitalised with hyperthermia............if you are cold you need hot fluids...............hot sweet tea or coffee.......hot chocolate is even better...........soup is good too



personnally i prefer a cup of tea
