If there were real lawsuits would there be files and such? If you had watch that video you'd understand that pretty much all of the victim's parents are now gun control activists and lobbyists ... they successfully made it a felony to have an assault weapon in the state of Connecticut...

Which is your proof the lawsuits were real.  Though not all of the cases are over with yet.  They have only just begun after papers were submitted and determined to be seen by a judge.  It takes time, like I said.

that wasn't a lawsuit, that was a state's bill against guns and gun owners...

which is against the state's constitution and the country's constitution...

it was a fake to strip away people's guns and their gun rights...

and it's not over yet...

There was a lawsuit.  There are several articles on several different websites reporting the same lawsuit against the gun manufacturer who the plantiffs, or the Sandy Hook victim's parents/guardians want to hold liable for what happened.  It will also test federal law, but essentially it is blaming a defendant (gun manufacturer) for entrusting a dangerous weapon to one party (in this case Adam Lanza's mother Nancy, or rather the insurance policy as she was the homeowner but is now deceased) which then caused fatal repercussions to a third party (the 20 children who died).

That's the lawsuit I am talking about. It hasn't been denied yet. In fact, it's only getting started and 9 families are involved with it. Right now, it hasn't proceeded to trial, but they plaintiffs are working on finding ways to bring it to that point.

I just don't see any substantiated evidence pointing to these hoax rumors being true.  All of the evidence there is simple enough to believe this indeed happened and it truly was a tragic incident that sparked a gun control debate.  But Sandy Hook was not the first to push restrictions on firearms.  I mean, look at what happened after John Kennedy was shot.  That was probably one of the BIGGEST influences on gun regulation, and that happened back in 1968.  But even back in 1934, a law was enacted that would prohibit automatics like rifles, but this also included add-ons like silencers, etc.  What the victims of Sandy Hook are trying to do is not even tantamount to what happened 40-80 years ago (the result of Kennedy's assassination is what brought about expanding licensure requirements, records, background checks, etc).  Almost a century prior to the shootings in Connecticut and gun regulations happened for damn good reasons.

The "proof" is mere speculation and assumptions that haven't been backed up by hard evidence (at least none that I've been presented with, and no HG, your videos have not provided evidence worth any merit). There is evidence of this being frighteningly real from the investigation, the parents, guardians, surviving children, and teachers. Again, this is too massive a situation for so many people to be involved to make such outrageous claims of it being a hoax.

People I worked with knew them, although I don't think I had ever met them.

We are banging our heads against the wall here. This is no longer a discussion, but rather you telling anyone with facts and evidence against it being a hoax that they are wrong and could not possibly be right. I think I'm quite done with this thread.

truth be told, that's what you and liberty have been doing to me as well, but in my case i've been proving it with facts...

Although it makes a great story and ya, there is weird stuff in it, what is being suggested is so elaborate that it would take a lot more than a few questions about anomalies to believe the whole thing was fake:

these are the faces of those who are what? Not killed? Alive? Killed for political purposes?

Are they trying to say that the entire town, the people who knew these children are all in on this great conspiracy, brothers and sisters of the kids 'killed' all in on it???

I think what Adam Lanza did to those poor kids was a terrible and cruel thing. If any one deserves to burn in hell. He's earned it more. I'm very against killing children and women. I wouldn't wish that on my most hated enemy.
