We never went to the MOON?

There is a conspiracy saying that we never went to the moon, but that it was all an act. Its it true? What do you think?

Yes... we did. Who would even ask such a question? There's proof everywhere showing we did. We're down to exploring other galaxies and people say we haven't been to the moon? Lol they're mad.

I love conspiracies! We did not go to the moon. It was all staged. There is no REAL proof. XD

If we truly went to the moon, why have we never been back and why has no other nation ever been? I have no idea if we actually went to the moon or not, but the fact that the technology of the 60's wasn't that great, plus the technological advances that have been made since then and we haven't gone back! Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm lol.

Howard makes a great point!

Landed on the moon? Lies!!!!!! All lies!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Why haven't we gone back? Because there's nothing to do at the moon of course! And there's no need to anymore, we have technology that can investigate every part of the moon from Earth. Why waste money to go again when we can find out everything about the Moon from home.

That doesnt prove we went to the moon though.

That wasn't the question I was answering. It was why haven't we gone back? or now just simply... why haven't we gone at all? There's no need.

The moon's just a giant piece of rock. I think when we went to the moon it was just to show off that there is the technology available to accomplish this. Reason why we never went back? We've studied the moon through telescopes for ages, so we probably know all there is to know about the moon. We can learn far more from other planets, then what we probably could from the moon.

This is all hypothetical, if we did go to the moon. Mythbuster's say that we did XD

I was going to say the MythBusters have confirmed that the conspiracies are hoaxes- and that the moon landing was not staged, but Dragon beat me to it.

I believe man went to the moon. Why on earth would anyone try to fake it anyway? There's no point to faking it.

Silly. Countries fighting over who has better space travel technology. Goodness. Shouldn't they be working together to come up with ways to put humans on Mars etc? Instead of both countries discovering the same technology.

There's no air perssure in space, so when the flag was planted in the moon surface, the action of the twisting of the pole lasted longer than what it would if there was an atmosphere.

No wind in space, so how come the flag was flying?
You can wave a flag in space and it will act like it would on earth, but the waving action would last longer.

It was during the cold war.... the whole bloody thing was an arms/technology/economic race.

Yo, Leftover, what was in Monday's Washington Post?

Well, all of it is pretty much common sense, if you really do your research and investigate things with out just believing what the news and the government says, you'll learn a lot of things that are wrong with history...

Same can be said of you, if you research with the intention of finding proof of a conspiracy, you'll always find something to convince you that you're right. Then when this so-called proof is rationally explained, you just ignore that fact or see it as another lie of the government that really doesn't have better things to do than lying to the people (and yes I'm talking about the flag here).

Do you seriously, honestly believe that if they made it all up they wouldn't have thought about the flag?

It's really not common sense tbh and you haven't proven anything.
