We are all addicted to one thing or another in life. I recently found out that my own addiction happens to be my smartphone. I can't go anywhere without it. I go to take my bath with it, I eat with it in one hand or on the table and so many other ways.

I used to be very addicted to Facebook. I literally had to delete it from my phone and force myself to only access it when I'm on my computer. I'm a lot better now and am able to it in moderation.

I'm still bad with nicotine. I moved from smoking to vaping, but now I transferred to using nicotine pouches with minimal vaping. Getting over vaping is worse than smoking imo.

It’s only worse because you can do it inside at home. It’s easy for me to not do it at work because I have to go outside, at home there isn’t anything stopping me besides making myself not do it.
