What do people really like about you?

People who like quiet people probably like the fact that I come off more as an introvert than an extrovert. I can also be quite a nice guy if I too am dealing with nice people.

It's my BLUNTNESS!! I have never been the kind of person to mince words or beat about the bush whenever I have something to say especially when you're wrong as a friend. I will look you right straight in the face and tell you how I feel.

It's my top notch human relations skill. Relating with a lot of people in the way that it matters is something that I truly enjoy. A lot of people want me to help in areas where it matters a lot.

That's a fantastic way to make yourself invaluable to any company, a skill that will serve you well forever!

I try to keep things lighthearted, so I like to laugh and tell jokes. I guess people would say they like my sense of humor?

People tell me I have a positive attitude, never complain and easy to get along with. Thats actually been mentioned in my performance evaluations a few times at work too.

Speaking of this I have to remind myself not to bring up negative stories with a certain co-worker. She has really bad anxiety and likes positive vibes only. We've been working together a lot lately and when I tell her about an asshole ex-co-worker or ex-boss she gets all stressed out over it. Then I feel bad.

Aww, I know someone similar to that, it really does make you feel guilty. Glad you're there for her!

I try to be. When we're just talking about positive stuff and joking around its all good. Sometimes we'll be doing something that reminds me of a negative memory and I'll start sharing the story and then I'm like.... oh shit, I ruined the day.

She feels her feelings too intensely. I remember the other day I brought up her interview and she started sweating and getting nervous just from recalling how the interview went (she was a nervous wreck during the interview, but her resume / job experience & references were all what we were looking for).
