What do you think ALL content management systems need?

I'm making a CMS for my website, and I'd like to know... what do you think all content management systems need?



I'm currently working on the following for mine:



- Log in (I will add users through MySQL since I am probably only going to have two)

- Article management

- Comments for articles

- Author pages

- BBcodes (or HTML support)

- Image uploading

- An admin panel

I have a CMS with my vBulletin package.. I havent set it up though, Im not sure what I'd use it for.
