Well Scotland kinda does but it replaces some words like not is nae, yes is aye, etc

Well in that case I speak fluent Blackcountry, which is what the area I am from is known as, we too replace some words for our own

My two Spanish friends have been helping me a little bit. One's Mexican and the other's Columbian, but bother speak Spanish, so I've learned a few words so far.
