What should Sancho do to revive his career?

Jadon Sancho is a Manchester United player who is currently on loan at Chelsea. There was an agreement that Chelsea would make the move permanently once certain obligations were met. However, it seems Chelsea isn't impressed with his work rate so far and is looking to cut the loan off. Would you say that Sancho has dropped off so bad, and what do you think he needs to change?

I'd say "come to Liverpool!" but I know that ain't happening.

My advice to Sancho would be to come to Major League Soccer and play a couple years here in North America.
Hopefully, depending on the team, he's able to get his mojo back so that when/if he goes back to Europe he's back up there.

As an aside @Henrywrites: what are your thoughts on (a) American soccer in general and (b) Major League Soccer?
