I won't join anyway (nothing to do with your site) but I'll give some advice.
This sentence:
*Note* If you are trying to join using Internet Explorer you might be able to join. Please switch to a new browser if you cant, such as Google Chrome.
It gives of a bad first impression, being misspelt and all. Also you should try to only have it show up if the person visiting is actually using IE.
