What would you do if you found a brown paper bag with ten thousand dollars in it on the street?

I'd want to keep it, because who couldn't use that kind of money, but I'd take it to the local police station, report it as found property and hope they were honest enough to hold it until someone came looking.

Keep it for myself, of course. If I were to hand it over to the police, they'd mock and ridicule me, and keep the money for themselves, so I might as well spare myself the humiliation and walk away richer.

Problem there being if it's money from a heist or money exchanged in ransom it could be serialized. If you start spending that particular cash or try to deposit it...going to look awfully suspicious!

I'd keep it. I'd also get one of those "counterfeit" pens to check to see if the bills were legit.

See about turning it in if there are businesses around but if there's nothing I would keep it.

Leave that shit exactly where I saw it and walk away.

In fact, I wouldnt even break my pace.. except to speed up..

I'd just run away..

I believe in some things being a coincindence, and in this particular instance it wouldnt be.

There could be cameras watching it, and the people's reaction to it, and the bills themselves could be tracked and traced.

You name it.

And whatever was in the the bag, would NOT be worth the consequences that could come from it..

In short, I ain't messing with that. Nope, Nyet, Iie, Non, Nahīn, Bùshì..

This. I wouldn't want to be caught with potentially dirty money. And I wouldn't want to take it if it was genuinely someone else's who lost it.
