There are some people who don't take long when they are ill and they will become better. This month of October have been the worst for me health wise. It's the longest I've been ill in my life. I have been ill since October 2nd till now but I'm getting better today.

How long have you been ill the longest?

Both the flu and covid have had me down for 6-7 days. I only had covid once, and although I was better in about a week, it took a long time to get my voice back completely and stop coughing up residual phlegm, like up to 3 weeks.

Last December my wife had RSV for the whole month of December. It was really bad.

The longest time I was ill...wasn't even due to illness I found out. I was allergic to the medicines I was taking, which caused my throat to close up and I coughed a lot. I finally figured it out 3 months later and once I stopped taking the meds, I was absolutely fine.

I got stomach flu really bad when I turned 23 and spent a week at home laid up in bed from it. I missed a lot of work because of it.

I think it was a few days for me with the flu but I still managed to get my ass to work.
