Rainy hands down, nothing beats it. I'm the type who used to use rain sounds just to make me feel like it was raining out.

I like cloudy weather. Not too hot / not too cold. Maybe a little sun peeking out once in a while. Also its fun to look up at the clouds and figure out what they are shaped like.
