When you're sad, what are some things that you do to cheer yourself up?

What works the best?

Music was always the best therapy for me. i always released all my bad stuff through strong vibes of my tunes.

Anime was always something that cheered me up when i was a teenager, now i still look forward to it but i'm less and less interested.

I love to read. Sitting on the couch with a blanket over my lap while reading a good book usually puts me in a good mood.

I think doing something you enjoy can help end whatever is making you sad.

First of all , if I am sad when I am on a conversation , I do leave the conversation first. Go to somewhere else where I stay alone and listen to music .
Sometimes I do take it off over a bottle of alcohol ??

Anime or video game binge whenever I feel down in the dumps, though the last time I truly felt sad was when my mom passed, and that just simply took time to get over.

TV shows always work for me. No matter what mood I am in or how bad the day has been, watching certain shows will always make me feel better.

Usually, I run some of my model trains... it's quite therapeutic watching them whizzing around my track.

Yes, they do sometimes derail, and that does annoy me... but at least it takes my mind off whatever had been upsetting me :P .

I typically listen to music or play video games to help me cheer up. Sometimes I like working on projects too since it distracts me.

Listen to music, go for a walk or take my dog out to play.

When I'm sad, I will play musical instrument, listen to some music, go out for a walk or talk to my close friend.

Whenever I am sad, I ust stay in this kind of platform or walk around my city. It is my way to relax and find peace.
