Which Alcohol Gives The Worst Hangover?

DocL is!

I usually drink brandy and it doesn't really give me a hangover.
Anything cheaply made will though.

Yep, but worst hangover I've had was from Newcastle Brown ale. Can't drink any more than 2 bottles of it now.

It's bullshit.

"Booze" is Ethanol. Period.

The form the alcohol takes in your drink, ranging from Champagne and beer to Graves/Everclear at 180 proof doesn't mean anything as far as a hangover goes.

Now. Something can be said for the various tannins and sugars making it more difficult for your body to process said alcohol, and how dehydrated you get in the process, which DOES contribute to a hangover.

That is why it is good to drink a pint of water or 2 before bed, Plus I usually drink sips of water in the night when I wake up.

Yes. Exactly.

And, while Swinging The Old Hammer with purpose and direction... it doesn't hurt to keep your electrolytes up by having a swig or three of a sports drink like Gatoraid or even 100% fruit juices as well as some water now and again.

HOWEVER, soft drinks like Pepsi and Mountain Dew will just contribute to your dehydration and add to the problem you are trying to prevent.

But it is a lot more fun to post nonsense like that, than to seek out good information and inform people with something meaningful.

In my experience it's tequila. That drink can make a night go wrong really fast...
