People love to weight shame or go after whatever cheap shots they can. I remember when I was overseas in South Korea, they wanted to bring up 9/11 (This was in the 2000s.)

Anyway, in my opinion, very weak people resort to this cruelty, and certainly, according my Christian beliefs, you're not going to heaven for it, no matter how much your hypocritical #ss goes to church.

Sometimes people are cruel because it helps elevate themselves (in their minds). I think those people have low self-esteem to begin with and they target others in hopes of feeling better about themselves.

As long as there is evil in the human heart, things like this will always happen.

I find it staggering how forgotten 9/11 is becoming, especially with the newer generations in schools. The fact that you had to put in that it was in the 2000s, makes it that much more obvious how much we have to remind people.

With the passing of time, it’s yet another event before someone’s time in the history book.
