would you tell someone if they smell?

why or why not
personally, I have been in this situation a few times- including someone asking me if she did smell because people didn't like her or want to be near her
I can never bring myself to say to someone they smell, even if, in some instances, they mightt not know.

as for me, and my incontinence, I would like to think that people would be honest with me, without being too harsh

I would only feel comfortable telling someone I was close to, otherwise I hold my breath and smile as if nothing was wrong.

Would be an easy conversation with a family member. If it was a friend, only if I was really close and I knew that they wouldn't take it the wrong way. Other than that, I would keep it to myself and struggle through the smell lol

Just family members or people close to me. Sometimes my daughter is lazy with hygiene and I have to get on her to do basic stuff like take a shower and put on deodorant. She needs a job to get her back in the regular routine like when she was in school.

Only if they ask, it is not normally something I would ever say unprompted. I have had a few instances where people feel self-conscious about it and ask me. OF all the times I have been asked though, they were all goods. I have worked with people who smell quite bad and I simply tried to minimize my time around them. Which is sadly sometimes easier said than done.

I used to work at a store and we had this guy that NEVER showered because of his culture/religion or whatever. He could be a couple asiles away and I would know he was nearby because I could smell him. It was horrible.

I usually don't get close enough to people to smell them. I am very protective of my personal space. But if it's family member, good friend, or female companion I may make a comment. Just depends on the specific situation.
