There are 5 syllables in the first sentence, 7 in the second and 5 again in the last sentence.



Example:

Silence around us

Our watchful eyes hear the world

Hands do the talking

I never was good at these, and yes I've tried writing some. We had to do this for an assignment in English one year. Actually, I've never been good at poems in general.
