Warning: Clip contains very strong language

Hulk Hogan has been completely removed from all WWE branding amid allegations of a ‘racist’ rant.

An audio clip of Hogan, 61, whose real name is Terry Gene Bollea, has surfaced this morning that has led to WWE officials completely removing his face from the official website, online shop and Hall of Fame.

The only remaining available reference to Hulk Hogan on the website is a link to a pre-planned Australian tour in which the WWE legend is scheduled to be ‘general manager’ but trying to access it leads to a ‘you are not authorized to access this page’ message.

The clip, which can be heard above, has completely split opinion. Hogan openly repeats the word ‘n**ga’ and ‘n****r’ and, in the recording, admits he ‘gets heat for saying it’ in modern society.

With no official statement from WWE, it remains unclear if the 61-year-old, who was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2005, has cut his longstanding ties with the sport.

Hulk Hogan’s management team has been approached for a response to the allegations.

Do you think Hulk Hogan is a racist and should be completely removed from all WWE branding?

Sounds to me he used those words without the intention to offend anyone, since, apparently, back in his time, it wasn't that big of a deal, unlike in today's world.

Also, most of the stuff he says is probably meant as a part of a show he likes to put on to entertain the audience, and as such shouldn't be taken too seriously, even in today's world.

Okay. People have extremely high expectations of celebrities. So much that its stupid. Hulk Hogan is a legend. He's been around for a long time. Give the guy a fucking break.

When dealing with the WWE, one always has to suspect a Publicity Stunt.
That and/or they're covering their :censored: by throwing the Hulkster under Vince McMahon's bus...

and think it's stupid as that video was how long ago?

today's world is too sensitive and pussyfied, that anyone or any business jumps on a bandwagon or does what wwe does to not offend or to protect their asses from crazy people that would go after wwe and make them fire hulk anyways...

hulk hogan is a pro-wrestling legend, icon and a hall of famer...

this reminds me of chris beniot...

The fact they are publicly traded as they are or whatever the correct term is why I think they are going into overdrive where Hogan is concerned.

it is stupid it was 8 years ago and now they are doing something about it
