I've heard of this, but never actually tried it, is it actually nice or just a sugar rush?
I actually really like it. In fact, not just spreads, I sometimes simply put that combo on bread (or sandwich) and eat - So even for basic stuff like that, it works well. For me, that is. lol

I've never used it as an actual 'spread' but when starting out a batch of cookies I really like little bites of the creamed butter - sugar mix before the raw eggs go in; this is especially good with brown sugar. I should try that on toast.
