I live in a two story house with a horrible basement. o_o It's green on the outside. Two bedrooms. Not much else to say. ^^
My dad and I rent a very small single floor home, very compact but we make do.
I own my own home it's a 5 bedroom 3 bathroom split level with an attached garage, purchased it about 6 years ago as i just got tired or renting, the basement is fully completed however i'm in the middle of installing new flooring.

No. It doesn't have a basement or an upstairs.
It has an attic.
It has a big back yard and a decent front yard. It's nice so I can't complain.
400 a month.
It has brick and vinyl siding. It's nice.
The owner has insurance in case of a flood, tornado, vandalism, etc etc.
