Last i cooked was Oven Baked Chicken Breast and Azuki Salad it was for dinner a nice quick easy meal

made some boiled egg if this can count as cooking,and also have a banana . ok that's no need cooking but i prepare it lol

After all the meat time for something vegan for today . Not cooked it yet but already have everything ready to start soon (after i have my coffee
) and will be enough for lunch and dinner and a lot leftover for the next day too so no need to cook anything else for two daysLentil Soup... and one again have a picture for almost everything

I've gotta ask....what is that white chunk on the right side of the plate? All I can think of is a hard cheese; if so, I've never seen it served like that.

Feta! I love Feta! That would be really good with this dish; but sprinkled...that block would be a LOT of Feta to eat at one sitting.You are right Its is cheese. Feta cheese and i didn't eat it was there for the photo only
