--The Holocaust did not begin with killing; it began with words.

Genocides do not start with mass murder. That's where they end up.
Genocides & other mass atrocity crimes begin with words - specifically, with powerful people dehumanizing a minority.

Once they are seen as less than human, anything is possible, even mass murder.
👉 You can speak out loudly today for the rights of others, or you can stay silent & wait for tomorrow, when your rights will be taken away too.

Wise words!

You know what words hurts and kill more people and destroy more lives than any words said? Speech should be limited!!🎤!

What the Jews didn’t realize is that freedom to spew hate speech was that they were given a warning to prepare or get out of dodge and some did! Free speech saved a lot of Jews.

Oh sure, let the bigots speak.

Let everyone speak.

Just to let you know my great grandfather was tortured by the Nazis for 5 years in prison because he wouldn’t display the Nazi flag on his home. They sent my grandfather to the Russian front he got captured by the Russians but escaped after a year. They rounded up my mom who was just a small child and the rest of the family and the Nazis threatened to send them to the concentration camps but my grandfather had friends in the military that saved them. But yes allow all speech so you know who you are dealing with.

*deadpans* And the Gestapo let him live? Sacre bleu...

Okay, say that to anyone who's ever been bullied and see what happens....

Lol you don't know me very well. You're still looking into that crystal ball of yours I see. I was bullied throughout grade and middle school. I was ostracized and called every name in the book. People assumed I was a gay and wouldn't talk to me.

My mother used the phrase "sticks and stones" and told me not to let it bother me.
