Has anyone ever ruined the ending of a book for you?

Did that make you not want to read it anymore?

Would you read the book anyway if you knew what was going to happen?

Yep, and it was a bummer to know the ending ahead of time, but I still read it anyway. It's the journey, not the destination :)

A lot of different stuff has been spoiled for me outside of books. I'd have to say the only big one was

Snape killed Dumbledore!

That was the only book I got spoiled on, but who didn't?

Not being a fan of reading books I'd probably just read the little paragraph summary on the back and then check the ending. Thats how I'd read a book.

I remember when I was in college, my English professor had us read a book called Feed by Mira Grant. The novel is an interesting one, by the way. It is a unique spin on zombies that sees its protagonists as new age journalists that cycle through and document their surroundings. I liked it. Anyways, I remember we all had a conversation about it, and she flat-out told us what happens in the rest of the series. It is the reason I have never pursued the series further.
