Ran out into the street without looking.
When I was younger, we had a trampoline in our backyard. It was a massive trampoline, but the net around it was terrible, and had many holes in it. Next to the trampoline was a shed. One day, I was jumping, and then went a bit too hard, accidentally did a backflip out through a hole and hit my head on the shed before landing on the ground. It was not fun.
