It is, we use it at work to communicate in team and project groups. I think there are restrictions on the number of messages it archives unless you upgrade to a paid plan, but it's a pretty big number.

Even if I didn't have the internet, I'd use Microsoft Word. I use it all day long. Constantly editing things, adding, deleting. I have 26 files that I have organized.
