Employees at a Dutch website glued a new iPhone 5 to the ground in Amsterdam to see how people would react.
An Apple iPhone 5, which was available to buy in the Netherlands on Friday, was glued to the pavement in one of Amsterdam's busiest squares, the Leidseplein.
The team from iPhone5.nl set up a video camera nearby to catch people's reactions to the technology treasure on the floor.
Time and again, the camera captures passers-by trying to pick up the phone. Most of them giggle or run off as soon as they realise that it is glued to the floor.
One passer-by stamps and kicks the iPhone 5 to try to unstick it from the pavement.
