My knees ache. It is because the way I've been sitting (I have my laptop on my coffee table - awful posture).

My ankle that I fractured last winter hurts today. 😞
Yup. Had to leave work early yesterday and walked over to the ER. Fortunately it's next door, so the walk wasn't bad, but it's chronic issues that flared up and required some imaging and pain meds (Oxy isn't really working, though). I have a follow up appointment with my specialist and hopefully we'll discuss possibly going in surgically (laparoscopy). We'll see. Gotta wait until Tuesday.
