Such a DRAG!
Have you considered either trying exercises at home; or, maybe seeking physical therapy to help this?
IDEAS ?
Thanks for the great ideas!
I just need to gather myself and address the issue. My palm on one hand has been swollen 24/7 for years, and I usually don't have much feeling there.
Years ago, when I went to the doctor because it hurt, they said it was probably tendonitis and advised me to avoid overusing my hand to prevent potential surgery.
I never looked further into it, so I'm not entirely sure if that's the case. Over the years, I've dropped and broken so many plates because sometimes I can't even feel if my hand is closed
it's gotten pretty bad, whatever it is.
What's concerning me now is that for about a year, I've had issues with my arm, which may be related to the hand problem or could be something separate.
A few months ago, it was really bad and lasted for a while, but then it improved, so I didn't seek further treatment.
I thought it might have been due to fatigue or a temporary strain. However, yesterday it started acting up again, and it feels worse than before. It seems like the issue never fully resolved, so I need to find out if it's all connected or if it's a new problem altogether.
