My suggestion: Go around and argue with every single member over everything they say, just for the sake of it. If, for example, someone says "good morning", attack them on a personal level and insult their intelligence for not taking time zones into an account when extending a friendly greeting, since it's not morning for everyone. And if they talk back, pull your rank and hide behind your staff badge, threatening to ban them if they defy you ever again.
If that's not enough, edit their posts to make it look like they said something they didn't, making sure not to leave post editing notice visible to the public eyes, with an ultimate goal of creating a hostile atmosphere among your members.
You can also throw profile details editing into the mix, and change their avatars, user titles and signatures to make them look like idiots, or like they're trying to stir up the trouble, or something like that.
Also, make sure to ignore any legitimate questions and concerns your members come to you with, and simply tell them off without any explanation.
And of course, don't forget to strut around, dressed in your fancy admin colors, just to show everyone who's the boss.
