Off Topix: Embrace the Unexpected in Every Discussion

Off Topix is a well established general discussion forum that originally opened to the public way back in 2009! We provide a laid back atmosphere and our members are down to earth. We have a ton of content and fresh stuff is constantly being added. We cover all sorts of topics, so there's bound to be something inside to pique your interest. We welcome anyone and everyone to register & become a member of our awesome community.

Big or small

Small forums, because your posts aren't looked over and you feel like more of a pivotal part of the community.

I like smaller forums. It's easier to meet new members and I like to feel like I'm part of a community. I'm a member of a very large forum and there is constant fighting and drama. The other problem I've found on this large forum are cliques who won't let everyone join in conversations on the threads they create. You post and they just ignore you.

I like a mixture of both in my life. Smaller forums usually have more well thought out topics, and sincere members, whereas big forums you usually see a whole lot more activity. Depends on taste I suppose. I like both

Depends, I like bigger forums once I got into the community. With a lot of them it's kind of hard to fit in though. Small forums can be fun too, just depends on the people on it.

Smaller forums, whenever you are within a larger group of members it is much easier for you to fall into the shuffle whilst in a smaller community there is alot more one-one communicating at times and not only will you get noticed you'll notice some of the best members.

Small forums, like everyone else has said. It's easier to get along with the other members, your posts aren't attacked as much, and the activity is smooth and steady. It's annoying having to go through pages of posts after simply not being on for one day.
