Home-made riceballs with salmon or olives inside

Sounds very good. Are they hard to make?

No, you just cook the rice, let it cool a little and wet your hands, salt your hands and shape a cup of rice to a ball or a triangle and push the salmon or whatever you want to put in it, in and set it to a container. Two or three riceballs is enough for a meal. And if you want you can fry stirred eggs on a pan, roll it and cut into bitesized pieces to have on the side. Add a cup filled with fresh fruit and another with cucumber or other cut veggies and you have a filling meal to go.

Thank you for explaining how to do it. I'm going to give this a try.
