Perhaps.

I have been working on the banner for the writing website that I plan to start in 2015. This is what I have so far:

Slick and professional?

Nah, Out of Frame will basically be a website for writing whenever I go to college.

That's the reason that I am waiting until January 1st, 2015 to actually open the website, I want there to be a lot of time to build consistent content for the entirety of the year. I will have chapters from some of my actual novels, short-stories, poetry, essays, and things like that. I want to be able to guarantee around five-thousand words of content per-year, which will be achievable through daily blogs and reviews as well. (That's the equivalent of 1,300 pages per year.) All of my websites didn't really pan out because I never put proper planning into them, but I want to put my all into this one.

Flat-out, I want to be able to invest $400 a year into advertising for the website, and then, as I build progress, I'll make decisions that can lead to actual revenue and means for self-publishing. Ultimately, I won't give-out very many of my actual novels, and even if I fail at making money, at least I have a very personal way of connecting with potential readers.

As for the banner, I can't afford anybody with actual talent when it comes to drawing, so I just took a notebook, scribbled some things down, and that's what I came up with.

So that's where that child support money will be going... :P

Anyway, sounds like a good plan, hope it works out the way you want it to. :)

I want it to be one-hundred dollars every four months, however, the child-support is actually $400 per month, not year. I am a little bothered by having to basically give out so much of my work for free, but I figure that if I can find a way to get attention for my work, it'll all be worth it. I never yearned to be Stephen King or Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, but being able to be financially sound and have a small following would be fine by me.

Also, it's not as if writing was ever meant to be my main source of income, I am going to college for Social Science.:!:

Good morning LegendHidden!

How are you?
