You'd think I would be used to it since I have been here all my life but it ALWAYS sucks.

Good afternoon.
The wife and I finished our 72 hour fast. Steak, eggs, bacon, salad and the yogurt she makes herself for dinner.
Now that’s a dinner
I so look forward to the yogurt, you have to let it Ferment for 34 hours at 100 degrees in a yogurt maker. She puts these cultures in it for gut health.
