I wear compression stockings with velcro sleeves on both legs to keep down swelling; of course, with neuropathy in my left foot, when a cold front passes through......ahhh!
Yep, I have compression stockings, too, very useful!!

They switch me to super tight compression stockings without velcro sleeves recently, and they've been a revelation!

A lot like these ones: https://www.jobststockings.com/products/jobst-relief-knee-high-30-40?variant=43830082535645

Very difficult to get off and on, won't lie, but they're so good once they're on!

That's what I use, babe.
I used to wear the Jobst and those things were a pain but the Medline Comprecares ones? Marvelous!

Yep, I had those, too! Really good compression. I like these new ones, though, because you don't have to deal with the Velcro and yet you get amazing compression from them. It feels...normal? I guess, that's not really the word I'm looking for, but you get so used to it, where the Velcro was a constant reminder to me.

Winter starts in December I do believe.

Update: I have the walking boot on

And feels like it starts in November. Then it seems endless!

It's actually been in the 60s-70s here in November in the past lol. Ill never forget the year we had a random Sunday where it was 80 the week before Christmas

I'd be somewhat ok with winter then, however, my mom has trouble seeing when driving in the dark.

Marylands winters are bipolar. It can be 20 degrees one week and 2 weeks later it'll be in the 50s in the middle of January.

I like the combination of compression stocking/sleeve because it allows you to adjust the compression during the day at times.
Sometimes, I have to tighten the straps for more compression; other times I redo the compression for a looser but still compressive fit.

It takes a little bit of time to adjust to them but girl, they work a wonder on your legs!

(It is a foot, correct, Dead?)
