Do you like corned beef & cabbage? Do you eat this on St. Patrick's Day?

I've tried it but didn't care for it at all. The corned beef was very salty and the cabbage stinks and gave me heartburn.

Corned beef & cabbage, the great Irish staple meal.
No, I eat it a few times a year, not just on St. Patrick's Day.

You should; its' really good, no matter what Jazzy Cousin It above says...
I agree.
And for those who find it to be too salty, if you soak it in water in the refrigerator overnight before cooking, it will calm that saltiness down nicely.
And...the leftover corned beef is great sliced for sandwiches!
