How do you feel about the death penalty? Are you for or against?

Not really / undecided. I think letting them rot in prison is a worse punishment. I understand leaving someone in prison for life is a drain on resources and tax payer money so maybe it would be more cost effective to 'off' the people who did the most disgusting of crimes. Nobody would miss them.

They need to be executed quickly and it needs to be brought back to the public square. When people see it happening and quickly that is a huge deterrent.

No I don’t want murderers living out there lives in jail.

No closure for the victims.

Costs tax payers money to feed and house these pieces of shit.

And I can show article after article of killer’s ending up getting released and killing again.

What about people who get wrongly convicted? Its better for them to be in jail because eventually someone might prove them innocent.

I agree it’s a concern and I don’t have a answer for this.

I’m from the UK so we do not have a death penalty.

Some people believe it’s a good thing, I do not. We spend billions per year housing dangerous criminals and it’s killing our economy.

I don’t think the death penalty should be just given to anyone, only people that have been caught with undeniable evidence of horrific crimes.

I always wondered why Europe is so lenient on criminals. Kind of encourages crime in a way, everyone just gets a slap on the wrist.

That’s literally England in a nutshell, it seems we do not care about crime, people get weak sentences and no punishment after.
