Sometimes, it honestly depends on how strong of a connection I had with a previous person and their lasting impact.

Hell no, I mean, when you upgraded your system to Windows 11, with a full set up for gaming to completely destroy all modern consoles when it comes to hardware specs, did you miss Windows 3.1 that your grandmother likely had on her computer when you visited her house?

When you upgraded to high speed internet, did you miss paying for AOL dial up?

People often thrive and do better when they become educated in life, and that is why I don't think about or miss an ex, be they a significant other, or a friend.

My humblest apologies to those of you I immediately sent back to the Paleozoic Era with this post.. if it is any consolation, I needed an epsom salt soak and Aspercreme for every word I typed in this post, so trust me when I say that I completely understand. LOL
