[font=Verdana, Arial, sans-serif]What is your favorite forum staff position? I love being moderator as it's more relaxing than being an admin. But then being a leader of a moderation team can too be stressful so if anything I would rather just be a team member of a moderator team. That way you do not need to worry about the team and can still be active on the forums.

I prefer to be what I am here.

On other forums I'd rather be a regular member.

I'll happily reiterate precisely what Nebulous said except change it up a little bit, on here I'm a member, but everywhere else that I post I'm the founder, that's probably because this is the only forum that I post on besides the one I have. I don't really have a favorite one, I just like the feeling of being able to offer something relevant to a website.

Nebulous gave me the incredible opportunity to become his Co-Admin. It's not the title I like, it's the fact that I am able to help Nebulous when he's not available to be here. I love my job and we have the best staff members one could ever hope for. Just want to add, the members here are quite incredbile too!

I belong to one other forum as a member. They have asked me if I would like to join the moderating team. I have declined as I would rather put more time and effort into this Off Topix community.

I don't have a favourite staff position. I rather be a member of a community and participate in interesting discussions. Also, I don't even have time to take on other staff positions as I moderate a few large boards ( larger than Off Topix.net ) already while working on a few of my websites.
