American, Tom Schaar pulls-off what is thought to be the first ever 1080ú skateboard turn in mid-air making three complete revolutions before landing.
Many stars of the skateboarding world have tried the skateboard stunt but none have ever been successful until Tom Schaar pulled it off on his fifth attempt at the enormous MegaRamp in Tehachapi, California.
He had been skateboarding for eight years but first tried the MegaRamp last year and learned how to skate on the 70 foot (21.3 metres) tall ramp that launches skaters up to 15 feet (4.5m) in the air.
Speaking after the 1080ú trick Schaar said, I'm pretty stoked. Best day of my life.
