I've never tried chimichurri but it honestly looks amazing. I can imagine how good it will taste with a well seasoned and well-made steak!

I like my steak medium well. I wanted it cooked well enough that it isn't still moo'ing at me when I cut into it but I don't want it too done so that it's ready for the urn.

I like maybe a slight bit of pink. Logan's Roadhouse usually gets it spot on.
