Is it acceptable to wear pajamas in public?

Growing up, I never went outside without being fully dressed; however, these days, I see people in stores and shopping malls with pajamas on.

I don't care about people who do, but it's not something that I will ever do. I prefer to wear clothing. Pajamas are for being comfortable in the house or in bed. That's it.

I guess I don't really mind it as long as their clothed. I wouldn't do it myself, but it does look a little "IDGAF".
