I have to admit, I'm not a big fan of spam, but I still think it's decent food. Just because it's not my preference doesn't mean it's not good.Maybe somewhat similar to Vienna sausage or potted (mystery) meat.

Just fried egg with mayo & dill pickles. The mayo makes it a bit slippery, but, yummy!!
