Last meal cooked

I felt too lazy to take a fancy photo, so I just snapped a quick pic of my plate. :D

Here's what I cooked last. The taste was great, but I wasn't thrilled with the noodles.
I won't be buying those again. Despite that, it was a satisfying meal.

I made do with whatever ingredients I had, and alongside, I had some rice and Mapo Tofu

Looks great! Love any of those 'saucy' meat dishes w/rice. (y)
Thanks :)

I cooked another stir-fry today with different noodles, and it turned out much nicer. The taste was better this time .
Adjusting the sauce to noodle ratio really paid off, enhancing the taste. I also used the remaining tofu, and it complemented the dish nicely.

It's been a while since I posted a food pic . :cookie:

The meal turned out fantastic! Next time, I’ll skip the green leafy vegetables. I only added them this time to use them up before they went bad, and there wasn't much anyway.
Also, I'll remember to add a bit of salt next time, haha. I forgot that the new soy sauce I got is salt-reduced.:banghead2:
Other than that, the food was absolutely delicious!

Here's the latest dish I cooked.

The last meal I cooked was a homemade sub last night.
Well, sort of. :p I made it a little differently, but it turned out much better and was cheaper too. I also have leftover meatballs to make more for dinner tonight.

Since it's lunchtime now and I'm not hungry yet, I'll probably skip a heavy meal and just have some fruit later if I get hungry, or nothing if it's close to dinner. I didn't take any photos because I didn't want to wait. However, I'll try to remember to take some photos tonight to add to my food album.

Grilled chicken and a salad

Actually, this is the last thing I cooked. I changed my mind quickly sometimes .
This was meant to be cooked tomorrow, but I thought, why not finish it today? I had a few veggies I wanted to use up, so I used a packet of mixed soup (a blend of peas, barley, and lentils) and added carrots, leeks, onions, garlic, red bell peppers, celery, kale, and two potatoes. Since I added a little too much water, I threw in some ditalini pasta at the end.
It turned out fantastic! I kept two plates and froze the rest for when I feel like it or don't want to cook. :ROFLMAO:

The last meal I cooked was this. It was more than enough for a party with myself, paired with some tea. :p

Okay, that's the last meal I made. (Once again, something similar to last time.)
I cooked some rice, veggies, and pork in a Japanese BBQ sauce. It was an easy, quick meal. I also had a little kimchi with it.
Unfortunately, I used the wrong plates, and I ended up cutting the meat into bite sized portions after cooking and placing them on a plate that didn't match. Presentation matters to me when eating, but I needed everything together since I planned to eat on the couch while watching a movie.

The last meal I cooked was a stir fry with carrots, peas, celery, asparagus, cauliflower and broccoli. Then I cooked some delicious sirloin steak.

I did a chicken and cheese croissant baked and then added some cream of chicken with some extra chicken and some veggies. It was a huge hit and my boyfriend loved it! Yay :woohoo:

Chicken sandwich... well, if you can call it that:ROFLMAO:
I was going to make one, but instead, I grabbed an old bread roll I needed to use. So, I'm not sure if the name fits, but it still had chicken, so it's halfway there. ;)

The meal I cooked was a chicken & broccoli pasta casserole. It turned out really good and though next time I'll add more veggies, it was a pretty good casserole 🤤

The last thing I cooked was just a simple, quick meal with Brussels sprouts ....nothing fancy. :p

Potatooooes! .......... And a few pieces of carrots too, so they won't be alone.
