I'm surprised the LAPD charged him with attempted murder given that L.A. County George Gascon doesn't seem willing to enforce those laws....

I’ve photographed a few and I’ve found them pretty much peaceful on both sides. The last one I did was earth day in downtown and the police had them split across the street yelling at each other.

My step sister got tasered and arrested for protesting at the Occupy Wall Street protests. My parents didn't think that was very smart of her and my half siblings laughed at her over it. It's because her husband is loaded. She doesn't have to worry about a career or money so we just didn't see the point.
