Its' one of those awards that's given to long-time forum members (like @Nebulous, @DrLeftover, @Elvira and myself) for contributing to the board's success, playing by the rules and so forth. Its' generally decided by staff every so often; kinda like how the Baseball Hall of Fame's Veterans Cmte. picks people every so often.
