My Goal to Stop Smoking

I really do appreciate the support. Im happy to say I have still not touched cigarettes nor any other nicotine products. I must admit I do feel great, but It does feel like my days are longer than they used to be since Im not spending so much time with smoke breaks.
 
This is wonderful news and I'm so happy for you! Is it possible to replace your smoke breaks by talking short walks instead?
 
Not really as Ill be back in school soon. So my days will be pretty much back to normal.

All depends on what I thinks gonna work best at the time.



Okay, I can understand chewing gum or eating something with lots of flavor in it, but how can sucking on a straw help with cravings? That one I never heard of before...

Sounds like you're kicking 'butt'! You have a pretty positive attitude about it, that's awesome and the way to go about it.

Congrats! Giving up something is always hard. Even harder when it is pumped full of addictive chemicals.
