Pain In The Neck!

I must have slept wrong and woke up this morning with such a pain in my neck.

It hurts to turn my head or look down

Has this ever happened to you?

Sometimes, but not much. I used to play football and whenever I'd sleep wrong, it'd hurt the next day, because I was putting an even greater strain on my body.

I had a stiff neck a couple weeks ago. Makes for a miserable day.

It does make for a miserable day and it takes forever to go away.

It happened once to me. I switched from a regular pillow to a cheap memory foam one, which I use now. It was bad for the first few days, but good after that.
