I dunno, there are many outrageous cases where consentual sex is dubbed as rape and the male gets convicted as a sex offender. Another case I know of is a guy that got four years in juvy for mooning a girl.



I wouldn't want those poor guys tagged.

Your comments regarding you being supportive and accepting of creepy people looking at small children and getting sexually aroused but not acting on those urges and emotions (pedophiles who havent raped or molested a child) are not even relevant to this debate about electronically tagging pedophiles. Obviously they would only be tracking those who are known pedophiles.



If they are having those thoughts BUT never acted upon them, then they should seek out some help. They should voluntarily commit themselves to a mental institution so they can remove themselves from the outside world and the temptation of acting upon their sick thoughts. Once they have undergone extensive therapy and have been rehabilitated then they can re-enter society. If not, then they should stay in there for life.

Pedophilia isn't some mental illness that can be cured. These people can't help being attracted to children.

Personally, I do find that sick, yes. But as long as they don't act on their urges, nothing has to/can be done about it.



As for tagging convicts, I still say no. Their punishment is to be locked up for X amount of time, but by tagging them, you might as well lock them up for life, as you're taking away their privacy.

You are not consistent because you care more about what people think than what people do.



My comments are relevant because you're the one who said all paedophiles should be in an institution. I merely replied to your ridiculous prejudices.



I should say you deserve no privacy because no doubt you do things that are morally inept...example, you probably look at porn, you're probably paying for animal abuse and torture, etc, etc, etc. You do more harm in your day to day life than somebody thinking something but not acting upon it.

I didn't say they're nice nor am I defending them like that... I'm defending everyone and myself, if we allow people to be forcibly chipped, where would it end? The government and law enforcement have too much legal and illegal power and authority as it is...
