Why is this even possible to be a thing? Utah is trying to regulate what people do in their own home? That's a joke, and if I lived in Utah, I'd still buy alcohol and purposely avoid buying a permit. That is so stupid. When I'm in my home that I paid for and pay the bills for, the government has no right to try and tell me what I can and can't eat, drink, do, etc.

A permit to serve alcohol to multiple people.

Public places should have rules but what people do in the privacy of their own homes (or at a friends house) should be private. I think this would be a hard law to enforce. How are they going to know unless they put everyone under constant surveillance.

What you said about Utah, though, is a different story.

I think the permit for Utah beer parties is just bat-shit crazy. Many people would think that the "Drink-Drank-Drunk" parties are a good idea. NO WAY JOSE!

The state would just shake each and every alcoholic like a doll and treat them like babies!
